		<description><![CDATA[THE BNFF 2011 Welcomes William Fichtner April 9th &#8211; 6:30pm @ The Market Arcade to be the 1st Recipient of The BNFF &#8220;Walk Of Fame &#8211; Trail Of The Stars&#8221; in honor of his illustrious film career and dedication to the film and arts of Western New York and abroad. This is a Free Event! William Fichtner will be there for the unveiling of his star, hand and feet imprinting, pictures and autographs (first come first serve). Cheektowaga native actor William Fichtner (&#8220;Armageddon,&#8221; &#8220;Black Hawk Down,&#8221; &#8220;Prison Break&#8221;) speaks as he is in inducted as the first member of the Buffalo Niagara Film Festival&#8217;s Walk of Fame Ceremony along the 600 block of Main Street. Standing to his right is Bill Cowell, founder of the Buffalo Film festival. Fichtner’s film credits also include “The Perfect Storm” and “Passion of Mind,” where he had one of his few starring roles opposite Demi Moore. He’s also appeared frequently on TV, including “Entourage,” “Prison Break” and “Grace Under Fire.&#8221; Fichtner spent 28 years in New York before moving to L. A. with his wife and two children five years ago. Recently, the ever-busy Fichtner drew raves from some critics for his bad-guy role as the Accountant in “Drive Angry,” which opened in February. He co-starred with Nicolas Cage.]]></description>
